Call log

The call log on the main page displays the calls made today.

To view the full call log:

  1. Click Statistics.

  2. Go to the Call log.

For the Administrator and Supervisor roles, full statistics with the calls of all operators are available.

Employees with the Operator and Accountant roles only have access to their own call logs.

In the table, you can track:

  • Call type
  • Status
  • Who called
  • Who was called
  • Duration
  • Time and date

Call type

  • Incoming
  • Outgoing

Status

Call statuses allow you to determine the state a call is in.

  • Called and the call was answered by the operator
  • Called and the subscriber's phone is turned off or unavailable
  • Called and the subscriber hung up
  • Called the subscriber and there was no answer
  • The operator made a call and hung up
  • Missed call
  • Called back a missed call
  • Unknown error
  • Talked and a network error
  • The call is in progress (ringing)
  • Attempt to connect to the operator
  • Call dropped due to no available channels
  • Missed call from a subscriber while offline

Who called

This column displays the full name, phone number, or SIP address of the caller.

If you have previously added the customer's phone number to Contacts, the contact's name and their number will be displayed.

Who was called

This column displays the full name, phone number, or SIP address of the person being called.

- an icon that indicates who ended the conversation.

Duration

This column displays the conversation time from the moment the call was answered.

Time and date

Displays the time and date when the call was made.

Call comment

You can leave a comment for each call. The maximum number of characters is 200.

To leave a comment:

  1. Click the button.

  1. Next to the comment field, click Add.

  1. Write a comment and click Save.

After adding a comment, the icon color changes and the entered information is displayed.

Comments can be edited or deleted.

Extended call data

The price will appear 5 minutes after the call ends.
