Buying a number

After registering your profile, numbers become available for purchase, to which you can bind incoming and outgoing directions.

Please note! 0800 numbers are available only for the incoming direction.

Before buying a number, make sure you have enough funds for the purchase.

How to buy an additional number in your account?

1. Go to Numbers.

2. Click Add number.

3. Select the prefix you want to purchase and click Add.

4. In the modal window, click Add.

A number channel is a path within a phone number through which a single call passes.

The minimum number of channels to purchase a number is:

• City - 4
• 0800 - 100
• Mobile - 1

5. The prefix(es) you selected have appeared in the service cart.

6. Click Place order.

If you have enough funds to purchase the number and channels, the transaction will be successful and you will immediately be able to set up the incoming and outgoing directions and start making calls.

If there are not enough funds to purchase the number or channels, you will be prompted to top up your account.
