Connecting an external number

Before adding an external number, you need to create a SIP Trunk. You can find how to create a SIP trunk on the Creating a SIP trunk page

How to add an external number?

1. Go to Numbers.

2. Click the External tab

3. Click the Add number button

4. In the modal window, in the Add external number field, enter the number that belongs to this SIP trunk user. In the SIP Trunk dropdown, select an available SIP trunk

5. Click the Add button
