Changing the number of channels

• Landline numbers — minimum 4 channels.
• 0800 numbers — fixed 100 channels; the number of channels cannot be changed.
• Mobile numbers — minimum 1 channel.

0800 numbers are available for inbound calls only.

You cannot change the number of channels for landline and mobile numbers on your own — please contact technical support via website chat or Telegram bot. Channel changes are not available for 0800 numbers.
