Using a music file

How do I add a music file so the customer hears a melody while waiting to be connected to an operator?

1. Go to Groups.

2. Click the group name, or click the ... button and select Edit.

3. Select Hold settings.

4. From the list, select the music file you want the customer to hear while waiting to be connected to an operator.

5. Click Save settings.
