Buying a Number After Registration

1. Go to the "Numbers" tab.
2. Click "Add number".
3. Select a country and prefix (with a local minutes package or number only) → "Buy".
4. Choose a payment method: by card or from personal balance.
5. Check the auto-renewal setting (enabled by default, can be disabled before purchase).

Payment Terms

• From personal balance: required amount = number cost + $0.50 (reserve for the first call).
• By card: if balance has at least $0.50, only the number cost will be charged from the card.
• If balance is less than $0.50 (or zero), the number cost + $0.50 will be charged from the card.
• The number will appear in the "Numbers → Active" tab within 1–2 minutes.

Additional Features on the Number Page

• Enable/disable auto-renewal.
• Buy an additional minutes package (if available) — "Buy additional local package" button.
• Check call rates — "Check call rates" button, select destination country.

Changing the number of channels for landline and mobile numbers is only possible via customer support; 0800 numbers have 100 channels and cannot be changed.
