Public API and webhooks

OneVOIPlanet has a public REST API. It covers everything you do in the web cabinet and the OnePhone app: virtual numbers, employee SIP lines, IVR and call groups, call statistics and recordings, SMS, eSIM, the callback widget, balance and payments. The API is meant for developers and integrators who connect telephony to a CRM, a website or their own system.

The base URL is https://api.onevoiplanet.com/api, HTTPS only, authorised with a cabinet user token. Call events (ringing, answered, finished, missed, transferred) are already pushed to connected CRMs — KeyCRM, SalesDrive, NetHunt, Zoho, Pipedrive, OneBox, HubSpot, Uspacy — and active calls and new call records are available in real time over Socket.IO. Outgoing webhooks to an arbitrary client URL are planned; the proposed event schema is described in the Webhooks section of the documentation.

The documentation describes every method (OpenAPI 3.1) with request examples, authentication and roles, error codes, rate limits, idempotency and a changelog. Available in English and Russian.
