1. Log in to your OnePhone account.
2. Select the Travel eSIM section.
3. In the Store tab, choose the country or region.
4. Select the duration and amount of GB.
5. Double-check your selection, choose one of the available payment methods, and complete the purchase.
6. The purchased plan will be displayed in the My eSIM tab. You can activate it at any time that is convenient for you.

How to install an eSIM profile on a smartphone? If you already have the OnePhone app installed, you can open the eSIM installation guide within the app. To do this, tap the Help button and go to the eSIM Connection section.

Connecting eSIM on Android

Method 1 - Installation using a QR code

1. After purchasing the tariff plan, go to the My eSIM tab and select the purchased plan.
2. Tap the How to install eSIM? button to install the new eSIM.
3. Scan the QR code to activate the eSIM (for convenience, send the QR code to another device for scanning).
4. After scanning, the device will direct you to the system settings where you need to tap the Add button.
5. The eSIM setup process has started; wait for the connection to the carrier to complete. Name the new eSIM OnePhone for easier future identification.
6. After successful activation, if you want to use the OnePhone plan immediately, open Settings > Connections > SIM manager on your device. In the Mobile data section, select the recently added cellular network (OnePhone).
7. You also need to enable roaming. Go to: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and turn on Data roaming.
8. Connecting to the network for a new eSIM might take 5-10 minutes. Once the eSIM is properly set up, you can start using mobile internet from OnePhone!
9. You can check the eSIM status in the OnePhone app. To do this, return to the app and go to My eSIM, then select the desired plan. There you will be able to see your data balance, how much data has been used, and how long the plan will be active.

Method 2 - Manual Installation

4. To manually set up eSIM on your smartphone, go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager. On this page, tap the Add eSIM button.
5. You can activate the eSIM either by scanning the QR code (the 1st method described above) or by entering the activation code. Return to the OnePhone app, go to My eSIM, select the desired plan, tap Manual, copy the activation code, and enter it in your smartphone's settings. After entering the activation code, tap Done.
6. After successful activation, if you want to use the OnePhone plan immediately, open Settings > Connections > SIM manager on your device. In the Mobile data section, select the recently added mobile network (OnePhone).

8. Enter the activation address and code. Return to the OnePhone app, go to the My eSIM tab, select the desired plan, tap Manual, and enter the details in your smartphone's Settings. Once you have filled in the fields with the information, tap Next.
9. If you enter the correct details, an eSIM activation page will appear. Tap the Continue button.
10. Wait for the new eSIM card to be activated. Enter the name of the new eSIM card as "OnePhone" for easier future reference.
11. After successful activation, if you want to use the OnePhone plan immediately, open Settings > Mobile data on your device. Select the recently added mobile network (OnePhone). Turn on the Mobile Data and Data Roaming options.

You can refer to your phone's user manual to find out about supported technologies. However, there is also a second way to confirm eSIM compatibility on your phone through the system settings menu.

For Apple devices

1. Go to Settings > General > About.
2. Scroll down and look for the Network provider lock field. If it says No SIM restrictions, your iPhone is compatible with eSIM.

For Android devices

1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.
2. Look for options like Add network provider, Add eSIM, or Upload SIM Card.
